As a representative, you will assist customers in Croatian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform, including order processing, returns, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide clear and comprehensive assistance on account management, payment options, and shipping inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide updated assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
