Amazon Program Manager, Suppression

Job Description

We are seeking a high-ownership Amazon Program Manager to serve as the critical link between our brand partners, merchandising, and content teams. You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the escalatory frameworks that protect our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. Your goal is to transform reactive troubleshooting into proactive, scalable systems that drive Week-over-Week (WoW) growth and maintain a gold standard of brand excellence.

How will you achieve success:
  • Process Architecture: Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to resolve recurring Amazon Marketplace frictions, specifically pricing suppression.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop data-driven mechanisms to analyze Second-Level Responses and monitor WoW/DoD performance fluctuations.
  • Strategic Reporting: Build structured reporting suites to track internal request volumes, SLA compliance, and project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Define and lead solution ideation for key stakeholders when new brand-driven opportunities or challenges arise.
  • KPI Management: Own the definition and maintenance of business performance KPIs to ensure marketplace health and brand excellence.
  • B2B Program Expansion: Scope and validate untapped B2B programs through ROI analysis to prioritize long-term business benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Deepen internal and external partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving high-stakes marketplace issues.
  • Strategic Documentation: Author white papers and gap analyses to advocate for support or systemic changes from external partners.

  • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Data Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL. You don't just pull data; you translate complex datasets into actionable trends and business narratives.
  • Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience navigating internal Amazon systems and teams (Vendor Central/Seller Central/Brand Registry) to resolve high-stakes issues.
  • Financial Acumen: A clear, demonstrable understanding of how to calculate ROI and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Systems Thinking: A track record of building "repetitive processes"—turning one-off fixes into scalable, automated, or documented workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical or operational gaps to non-technical stakeholders through both verbal updates and formal white papers.
