Product Manager - Internal Products

Job Description

We are expanding our B2B banking ecosystem and looking for a Product Manager (Internal Products) to build and scale the internal tools that power our SME operations.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You will work closely with Engineering, Risk, and Operations to improve and automate internal systems that directly impact credit decisions, portfolio performance, and customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can start delivering value within the first 4–6 weeks: defining roadmaps, writing specs, and working with engineering and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Improve and scale internal tools used by SME operations and credit teams
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear product specs
• Write detailed PRDs and manage backlog with Engineering
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose automation solutions
• Support rollout of new features and ensure adoption by internal teams
• Bring practical best practices from international fintech / banking markets

Requirements

• 4–7 years of Product Management experience

• Hands-on experience building or improving internal/back-office systems

• Experience in fintech or banking

• Strong execution mindset — comfortable moving fast and delivering

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Ops)

• Exposure to international fintech/banking markets

• Fluent English
