Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish
• Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues efficiently
• Utilize various tools and resources to provide accurate solutions
• Create a friendly and positive experience for every customer interaction
• Document customer feedback and interactions to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality
• Help onboard new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer support software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Willingness to relocate and embrace a new cultural experience
