Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
• Help customers resolve their inquiries and issues in a friendly manner
• Utilize customer support tools to find the best solutions
• Foster a positive atmosphere during every customer interaction
• Document customer feedback and interactions to help us improve
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance the service experience
• Welcome and assist new team members, sharing your knowledge and tips!

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and inviting personality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
• Willingness to relocate and embrace a new cultural adventure
