Overview
Growing travel accessories brand seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support wholesale research, structured competitive research, and weekly execution tracking.

This is an execution role supporting a founder. Clear direction will be provided. The focus is organization, follow-through, and structured research.

Core Responsibilities

1. Wholesale Research & Tracking

  • Research boutiques aligned with brand aesthetic
  • Build and maintain wholesale prospect spreadsheet
  • Identify buyer contact information
  • Track outreach status and responses
  • Maintain clean and organized outreach tracker

2. Weekly Planning & Accountability

  • Maintain master task tracker
  • Organize weekly priorities
  • Send Monday priority summary
  • Send Friday recap
  • Flag overdue items

3. Competitive & Product Opportunity Research

  • Identify 10–15 relevant travel accessory brands
  • Track product categories beyond packing cubes
  • Document pricing, materials, positioning, and features
  • Analyze customer reviews for recurring complaints or unmet needs
  • Identify potential product gaps
  • Deliver findings in structured spreadsheet format
  • Provide concise monthly summary of insights

4. General Research Support

  • Influencer list building
  • Competitor pricing checks
  • Market research as requested

5. File & Document Organization

  • Organize Google Drive folders
  • Maintain clean research documentation
  • Update line sheet as needed

Skills Required

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written English
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Docs
  • Able to structure information clearly in spreadsheets
  • Independent and deadline-driven
  • Experience supporting a founder or small brand preferred
