Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.


What you will do: 

As a Visual Designer you’ll collaborate across a range of clients to shape and execute visual identities for paid social . You’re passionate about creating videos that not only look beautiful but also drive measurable performance. With a strong understanding of how to balance storytelling with conversion, you design for formats that truly resonate. You’re fluent in the latest organic and paid social design principles, adept at e-commerce creative, and skilled at translating brand guidelines into high-impact, channel-optimized visuals that capture today’s digital shopper. A visual thinker at heart, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to continue expanding your expertise in performance-driven design.


Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, high-volume, on-brand static and motion designs across multiple clients and digital platforms
  • Design and optimize social content (static + motion) tailored to commerce, retail, and platform-specific best practices
  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure cohesive, compelling visual storytelling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and partner with client teams to align on brand identity and business goals
  • Own projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Edit short- and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Produce engaging cuts, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to enhance storytelling and performance
  • Leverage performance data and stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably within digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, including paid and organic social campaigns, as well as motion and video projects
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals, layout, composition, color theory, texture, and typography, across both digital formats
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines and design systems to new and existing creative assets with minimal supervision
  • Experience in video editing, animation, motion graphics
  • Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (for animation and video editing), Asana (project management), and Slack (team collaboration)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Advanced English (written and verbal)

Benefits

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday (CST hours)
  • Salary: 2,500 USD Monthly
  • Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
