Are you a creative soul with a knack for bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a talented Project-Based Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you’ll design captivating visuals for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and more.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design eye-catching graphics for websites, social media posts, digital ads, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain cohesive branding and messaging
- Translate creative concepts into polished visual deliverables aligned with campaign goals
- Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency
- Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices to keep visuals fresh and engaging
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role
- Experience creating digital marketing and social media assets across different platforms
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools)
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout design
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
