Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Finnish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
• Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze player feedback to inform improvements in our gaming services and products.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions in our support systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends and communities.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving player issues.
