The Project Management Specialist supports the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. This role works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to track progress, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Management Specialist plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and documentation standards in a fully remote environment.

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
Support budget tracking and cost analysis activities
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or similar certification
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Familiarity with budget tracking and financial reporting
Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-level projects
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 USD, based on experience, certifications, and project complexity
