This role provides the opportunity to work in the picturesque setting of Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their travel inquiries and bookings, ensuring a stellar experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel plans.
• Provide information on travel destinations, explain policies, and guide customers through the booking process.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain communication and track customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about current promotions, travel trends, and destination highlights to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and handling customer concerns effectively.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
