This role allows you to work in beautiful Greece while providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers booking their travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
• Provide detailed information about accommodations, travel policies, and ensure a seamless booking process.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Stay informed about current promotions, travel trends, and platform updates to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathetic problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general office software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for travel and a desire to enhance customer experiences in the travel industry.
