We’re expanding our capabilities across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re hiring a Software Support Specialist I to join our Technology support team!

Job Summary:

Software Support Specialist I is a role within our Technology Support team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role will act as an internal customer service representative, providing first-line support to end-users and ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues within the ERP system.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal end-users, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage incoming support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot basic software issues and provide clear, timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting users.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity tools.

Preferred Education & Experience (optional):

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar).

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
