The firm specializes in holistic financial services, including real-time accounting, business advisory, taxation solutions, cash flow management, and wealth creation strategies such as self-managed super funds and retirement planning.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can work autonomously and take ownership of their portfolio. This role suits someone confident in Australian accounting standards and comfortable managing compliance and reporting with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience with Xero and XPM
  • Confident handling Division 7A matters and trust structures
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Clear, professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
