Member of Technical Staff, Token Vesting (Fullstack Engineer)

Job Description

As a member of the Token Vesting team, you will be responsible for owning features end-to-end - from shaping an idea, to implementing it, to shipping and iterating in production. We’re looking for someone who cares about code quality and enjoys collaborating closely with product and design partners. Success in this role means delivering reliable, maintainable software that solves real problems for users - not just writing the code, but helping shape how the product evolves.

Technical Skills:
  • Progress from implementing scoped tasks to designing solutions independently
  • Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance across the full stack
  • Proactively improve code quality, performance, and developer experience
  • Review code across frontend and backend, ensuring consistency, reducing errors, and sharing context across the engineering team

  • Drive work independently and own increasingly complex systems/workflows
  • Be capable of breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, and accurately estimating the time and scope of projects. Articulates effectively the different options considered, analyzes trade-offs, justifies and recommends priorities.

  • Learn how the product, users, and business fits together
  • Ensure that knowledge is shared among the team and do not position yourself or others as a single point of failure.

  • Communication and Influence
  • Work closely with designers and other engineers to shape solutions together, not just implement specs.
  • Actively participate in the design and technical discussions, offering opinions backed by reasoning.
  • Communicate outside team boundaries to solve problems, networks with other teams, and establishes positive working relationships in other disciplines and domains.

  • You may be a fit for this role if you:
  • Have real world experience building complex distributed systems and web applications from scratch
  • Proficiency with Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks (Next.JS, Angular.JS, Vue.JS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with incomplete or rapidly evolving requirements
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ownership mentality - you care about the quality and success of what you build
  • Genuinely care about code quality, test infrastructure, and end-user experience

  • Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have:
  • Have production experience with web security
  • Familiarity with common vesting models (time based, cliffs, linear, etc)
  • Prior experience working with Web3/Crypto applications
  • CI/CD tools/systems/philosophy
  • Experience with GraphQL
