Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new features for the BranchlyHR platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise in the development process or within existing software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a passion for quality software.
