We are looking for a Retention Manager to own and execute our full retention strategy for a growing DTC brand.
Because they operate in a low-LTV, non-subscription category, retention is focused on maximizing repeat purchases and extracting the most value from paid acquisition. This role will be primarily responsible for email and SMS strategy and execution, as well as developing new opt-in strategies and improving lead generation performance.
Beyond lifecycle marketing, this role will also contribute to building the brand’s authority and community presence, helping position the company as a trusted resource for parents raising active, healthy kids in a digital-first world.
The retention scope will remain the core responsibility, with community-building acting as an additional growth lever.
