Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000/month

OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand growth, and campaign performance across multiple residential property developments in New Zealand.

This is a hands-on role combining strategy, digital advertising, CRM/funnel management, and creative execution, including the ability to produce small graphic design tasks using Adobe Illustrator.

The role will also play a key part in managing the launch of our new website, coordinating with designers and developers, and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning:
    • Develop and execute monthly & quarterly marketing plans
    • Plan campaigns for new property launches & sales phases
    • Define target audiences (FHBs, Investors, Downsizers)
    • Monitor competitors & market positioning
    • Manage marketing budgets
  • Digital Advertising Management:
    • Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
    • Manage Google Ads (Search / Display)
    • Run retargeting campaigns
    • Conduct A/B testing (creatives & copy)
    • Monitor CPL, CTR, and conversions
    • Improve campaign ROI
  • Lead Funnel & CRM Management:
    • Manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, tagging, automation, scoring)
    • Manage Mailchimp/email campaigns
    • Optimise landing pages & lead capture flows
    • Maintain database quality
  • Content & Brand Management:
    • Plan and schedule social media content
    • Coordinate marketing assets (renders, brochures, ads creatives, emails)
    • Ensure brand consistency
    • Collaborate with designers/video editors when required
  • Graphic Design (Light Production):
    • Edit/update marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator
    • Create simple graphics (social posts, ads creatives, flyers, icons)
    • Perform quick brand updates without outsourcing delays
  • Website Project Management (Critical):
    • Manage launch of new the company's Developments website
    • Coordinate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists
    • Ensure marketing alignment & conversion optimisation
    • Oversee ongoing updates post-launch
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
    • Track leads, CPL, traffic, conversions
    • Provide improvement recommendations
    • Identify & resolve performance gaps

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Essential:
    • Proven digital marketing experience
    • Strong Meta Ads & Google Ads knowledge
    • CRM/funnel experience (HubSpot preferred)
    • Email marketing (Mailchimp or similar)
    • Adobe Illustrator proficiency
    • Strong English communication
    • Analytical/data-driven mindset
    • Experience managing websites/projects
