Facilities Management Express

Product Marketing Manager

  • Facilities Management Express

Job Description

FMX is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps schools and local governments run their operations more efficiently. We’re not looking for someone to simply support launches or check boxes on a roadmap. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can shape how our products are understood in the market—defining clear positioning, building messaging that resonates, and leading go-to-market efforts that drive real impact. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Content to ensure every launch is thoughtful, every asset has a purpose, and every story connects back to what our customers truly care about.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

    • Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our products and solidify our positioning in a crowded market.
    • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution and product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery across all channels.
    • Drive sales enablement by arming our team with the tools they need to win, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards.
    • Gather deep market intelligence to become the resident expert on our competition and our buyers’ specific purchasing criteria.
    • Partner on content strategy by collaborating with the creative team to produce high-impact assets, such as blogs, whitepapers, and videos, that address every stage of the funnel.
    • Foster customer advocacy by engaging with users to gather the insights, testimonials, and success stories that validate our product’s value.

    • Proven project management skills demonstrated by successfully overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously, from minor feature updates to high-stakes product launches.
    • An analytical mindset that thrives on using data (usage metrics, market trends, and Win/Loss analysis) to drive strategic decision-making.
    • A collaborative spirit reflected in a history of working closely with Product and Sales leadership to align on roadmaps and organizational goals.
    • You embody our core pillars: Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity.
