• Provide exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve any travel-related issues effectively.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions to support service enhancements.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of booking processes and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
