As a Senior PPC Manager at Scrambly, you will own and scale our paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft, turning it into a stable, profitable, and automation-driven growth engine. Google Ads is the primary channel, and you will also develop and expand additional search-based acquisition sources, including Microsoft Ads.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, scalability, and long-term channel stability - not campaign maintenance. You will design and own the campaign architecture, conversion structure, and value logic that drives sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability.
You will work closely with the Head of User Acquisition, acting as the strategic owner of paid search as a core revenue channel. Your goal is to build systems and processes that make performance explainable, repeatable, and scalable - not dependent on short-term spikes or one-off wins.
