Who We Are:

At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:

Our client is an established Australian marketing business that helps other companies grow through digital campaigns and automation systems. They work closely with clients to implement Go High Level (GHL) pipelines and Meta ads campaigns to generate leads and manage marketing operations. They value accuracy, technical expertise, and proactive communication in delivering high-quality marketing and automation solutions.

About the Role

This is a hands-on digital marketing and automation role focused on Go High Level backend setup and Meta Ads management. You will implement GHL pipelines, triggers, workflows, and automations based on client designs, while also managing end-to-end Meta ads campaigns for clients.

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organised records within GHL
  • Troubleshoot GHL system issues and optimize workflows

Meta Ads Management

  • Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta ads campaigns end-to-end
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting adjustments
  • Collaborate with client to refine ad creatives and messaging

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Ensure leads are correctly captured, routed, and followed up through GHL
  • Support client campaigns and marketing initiatives with technical expertise
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and automation efficiency

Administrative & Collaboration Tasks

  • Work closely with the client to implement and maintain systems
  • Document workflows and campaign strategies for transparency and continuity
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required for campaign and automation management

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) setup and automation
  • Strong experience managing Meta ads campaigns end-to-end
  • Marketing, lead management, or digital advertising background
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, automation, and conversion optimization
  • Good copywriting skills to create compelling messaging for funnels and campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
  • Prior experience supporting Australian clients is a plus

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
