Operations Manager (AU Financial Services, WFH)

Job Description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM Manila Time) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally in an accounting or financial setting.  
• Analytical skills with experience in setting up and managing KPIs and preparing strategic reports.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with internal teams  
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a changing environment 

What will you do? 

• Operational Excellence: Implement and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to meet business goals. 
• HR Management: Oversee basic HR functions including onboarding and contract management.  
• Strategic Execution: Act autonomously to execute business strategies effectively. Reduce the decision-making load on senior management by providing well-thought-out solutions and prompt action on initiatives.  
• Analytics and Reporting: Develop, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the firm’s goals. Provide strategic data analysis that aids in informed decision making.
