Our client is a marketing technology company that provides AI-powered solutions to help brands and retailers grow their online presence and drive sales. The platform specializes in creating personalized, shoppable content for social media and digital marketing campaigns, enabling businesses to engage customers more effectively and turn content into measurable revenue.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge AI-enabled sales environment. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, while leveraging AI and automation tools to maximize efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize sales workflows and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to support lead generation and product improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.

Requirements

    • 4+ years experience in B2B sales or account management; experience with large ACV deals is a plus.
    • HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
    • Comfortable using AI and automation tools in a sales context.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience selling SaaS, marketing, or tech solutions.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered or automation-enabled sales tools.
    • Previous experience managing high ACV deals ($10k+) or enterprise clients.
    • Knowledge of social media marketing, e-commerce, or retail industries.
    • Strong networking skills and experience attending virtual industry events or webinars.
    • Comfortable giving product demos or presentations to potential clients.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $2000 - $2500 monthly + commissions ( can potentially make up to $3,500 - $5,000 monthly)
