• Assist clients through their assigned advisor, providing accurate guidance and support
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear, helpful information
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless service
• Maintain precise client records and document all communications
• Support process improvements to enhance the client experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain or Australia 
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy
• Prior client-facing or administrative experience preferred but not required
