Rockstar

Client Success Manager (LatAm)

Job Description

Rockstar is recruiting for a pioneering company in the healthcare compliance space. This client is dedicated to making it easier for anyone to start and scale new healthcare businesses by simplifying complex compliance processes. They help healthcare entrepreneurs form required legal entities, secure collaborating physicians, obtain insurance contracts much faster than traditional routes, and provide a suite of additional compliance supports, saving companies significant time and money to foster innovation in healthcare.

About the Company

At the company (website: permithealth.com), they are making it easier for anyone to start and scale new healthcare businesses by simplifying compliance. For healthcare entrepreneurs, they form all of the required healthcare legal entities nationally (called a PC-MSO structure), get them collaborating physicians (as law requires), get companies insurance contracts (many months faster than otherwise), and offer a portfolio of additional compliance supports. Overall, they can save each company $100k+ and many months through this process, which helps more people innovate in healthcare—and more people receive affordable care.

About the Team

The leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company, Songbird Therapy (Kleiner Perkins, >$15M raised), with a team of 120+ employees across the US and that sold to a 2,000-person incumbent.

(The company is still in stealth, so they haven’t published much on the business externally.)

The ultimate goal of the Client Success team is to create a good client experience and to maintain that relationship. They are the starting point for the engagement with clients. They are passionate about nurturing client relationships.

About the Role

The business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers (companies backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others). Their clients currently serve 2+ million patient lives and manage $10+ billion in annual medical spend. (They include Rise Science, Lumeris, Scan.com, Apos, Eureka, and Mightier, to name just a few.)

With this growth, they are looking for an individual to step up as the Client Success Manager, working directly with the leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:

- Leading cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority. The candidate will be working closely with the CEO.

- Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.

- Owning relationships with the leaders of the multi-state healthcare companies they support, guiding them through their onboarding with the company.

- Creatively building processes, structures, systems, and automations to help the team work more effectively and reach the next 10x of scale.

- Being the face of the company to different external stakeholders (clients, State Medical Boards, Insurance Payers, Candidates, Physicians).

- Guiding new clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.

- Managing client communications, including attending meetings, addressing inquiries, and handling calls with professionalism and care.

- Building strong client relationships by fostering trust, delivering a positive experience, and providing proactive, solutions-focused support.

About the Candidate

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Operational excellence: The candidate has a very high volume of what they get done on any given day.

- Strong attention to detail and a track record for getting the details right.

- Energy and drive; the candidate has a hunger for self-improvement and wants to be around the most talented teammates who push them to do so. (Kobe said it best.)

- Excited by a fast-paced, startup culture where they will navigate ambiguity and solve big problems, with very high autonomy.

- Talent for identifying process improvement opportunities and creative ways to better structure operations.

- Interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish.

- Experience in operations, customer success, sales, business operations, or related roles.

- Preference for US hours (e.g., US Eastern Time).

- Commitment to working a single, full-time role with full commitment. They unfortunately won’t be a good fit for candidates looking for a second role in addition to their current role. (They will compensate excellently for this such that it shouldn’t be a concern.)

What They Offer

- Highly competitive salary.

- Compassionate, fun, and mission-driven culture of excellence and innovation. (They help companies bring new life-changing therapies into the world.)

- Many growth and advancement opportunities (company is regularly doubling, so there are many opportunities to step up).

- Work-from-home, remote job, with flexibility.

- Paid holidays and vacation time; paid sick time.

- Healthcare stipend.

- Culture of mentorship, learning, independence, and critical thinking.
