At Lyra Health, we are on a mission to transform access to life-changing mental health care. Following our rapid expansion across Europe, we are looking for a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Belgium.
As the primary point of contact for our Belgian corporate partners, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between innovative technology and human-centric care. You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be a consultant and advocate for workforce wellbeing, helping organizations navigate the cultural and legal nuances of the Belgian market.


Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • As the primary local point of contact for assigned International accounts, you will cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships.
  • You will also serve as a crucial liaison with Global Account Managers, ensuring client requests are effectively communicated and resolved.

  • Regularly review account performance and provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account growth, customer retention, and new business development.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including market expansion and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Responsible for responding and submitting tenders relevant to the territory.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Manages the implementation of the customer programme, liaising with all internal departments to facilitate a smooth launch and onboarding, and ensure that all contracting and supplier registration processes are completed before the launch date.

  • About You
  • You have several years corporate B2B sales experience
  • Experience within EAP or healthcare sales is advantageous
  • Fluency in English, French & Dutch/Flemish is mandatory
  • Experience with CRMs - salesforce ideally
  • Strong relationship building
  • Remote based position but comfortable travelling to customers in Belgium as required
