Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Cold Outreach Account Executive to own outbound prospecting and closing efforts for international clients.

In this role, you will generate your own pipeline through strategic cold outreach while managing the full sales cycle — from first touch to closed deal. This position is ideal for highly independent sales professionals who thrive in outbound environments and are confident handling objections, running discovery calls, and negotiating contracts.

This is a high-impact remote B2B sales job with strong earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
  • Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover business needs
  • Deliver tailored product demos and sales presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and activity KPIs
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or closing roles
  • Proven success generating pipeline through cold outreach
  • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management
  • Professional remote work setup with reliable internet

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or subscription-based services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
  • Experience selling mid-to-high ticket B2B services
