With seamless file access and team collaboration tools, it empowers users to work productively across locations while maintaining full control of their data.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Social Media Manager to own the brand voice, social presence, and daily content engine for a new AI-powered relationship/matchmaking app. Youll plan the calendar, create native content, leverage NYC-local trends, and publish at speed—operating on a prepare to post, 3-day approval window rhythm with the founders. Your mission: grow an engaged audience, drive waitlist signups and app installs, and translate a high-trust creator brand into a breakout consumer launch.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Strong support system
  • Health benefit ($30/month)
  • Internet Allowance ($20/month)
  • Training materials for upskilling are provided
  • Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes)
  • Paid sick leave (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance)
  • Paid planned leaves

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Ownership: Build weekly/monthly social calendars, draft captions/hooks/narratives, and produce platform-native content (short-form video, carousels, polls, Stories).
  • Creator-Led Brand Voice: Translate insights and tone from a top relationship coach into an educational, empathetic, high-trust brand voice.
  • NYC-Local Relevance: Track city moments (parades, seasonal events, news) and publish timely, tasteful content with local flavor.
  • Community & UGC Management: Respond to comments/DMs, source UGC creators, manage permissions, escalate sensitive issues.
  • Series & Formats: Launch recurring content series (e.g., “Text Decode Tuesdays,” “Soul-Score Stories,” “First-Date Playbooks”).
  • Light Design & Editing: Produce, cut, and package short-form video and graphics (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with fast iteration.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage AI for ideation, drafting, alt-hooks, clip finding, and repurposing while maintaining accuracy and brand guardrails.
  • Analytics Action: Track reach, engagement, CTR, waitlist adds/installs; run A/B tests; deliver weekly insights.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with founders on quick “approve/revise/publish” loops; coordinate with Growth Manager for scalable creative.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assist on special projects or assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in social/content for consumer brands or creator-led brands; you've shipped high-quality short-form video at pace.
  • Proof of account growth and engagement (please share handles/work).
  • Strong short-form editing (CapCut/Adobe), design (Canva/Adobe), copy chops, and on-camera direction skills.
  • Platform fluency: TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), YouTube Shorts; basic LinkedIn/Twitter as needed.
  • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, caption tools) as a speed multiplier.
  • Editorial judgment around sensitive topics (dating, relationships), privacy, and community safety.
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience launching in a single metro first (NYC) and scaling nationally.
  • Worked within (or alongside) a training program, creator/agency background.
  • Basic SEO for YouTube, lightweight landing-page edits (e.g., Webflow), newsletter tooling

Working Hours:
Part Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m Eastern Time

Pay: $800+ $55 Allowance per month
