Job Description

As a Growth Marketing and Sales  Manager, you will audit current marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and execute high-impact marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving lead generation. This role requires extensive expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Audit & Transition: Evaluate existing marketing efforts, identify gaps, and implement improved processes to drive better results.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting campaigns to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Content & Brand Alignment: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and ads, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies competitive.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate marketing efforts across different functions, with the ability to hire and manage additional team members if needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing strategies for growth.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and various ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset, with the ability to execute innovative marketing ideas.
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy, with the ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
