JumpCloud is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of customers within our French-speaking markets (France, Benelux, etc.). In this role, you will act as the commercial guardian for your accounts, bridging the gap between our global technical capabilities and local customer needs.
What You Will Deliver
You will own the full commercial lifecycle for your portfolio, with a primary focus on securing renewals and driving expansion revenue. By building strong relationships with IT and Security leaders, you will identify opportunities to cross-sell new JumpCloud features that solve their evolving challenges.
This role requires operational discipline. You will maintain accurate forecasts for your territory, manage pipeline health, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure high adoption rates. You will be the voice of the French market internally, helping to align our resources to support your region’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Language: Native or bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Regional Experience: You must have mandatory prior experience in a sales or account management role conducting business in French. Speaking the language is not enough; we need a track record of selling into the region.
Commercial Acumen: A strong history of negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS/Tech sector.
Communication: Ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both languages.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
