Role: Italian-Speaking Technical Support Agent

Location: 100% Remote in Greece

Your Responsibilities

Assist Italian-speaking customers with hardware and software inquiries via phone and chat.

Guide users through troubleshooting steps for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Coordinate warranty claims and technical solutions.

Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions in English.

Requirements

Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).

A genuine interest in computer hardware and technology.

A friendly, patient, and professional communication style.

Valid EU Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
