In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Finnish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to our products and services in a vibrant and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Finnish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, product information, and service-related questions.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of clients.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and promote a culture of service excellence.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or service industry.
• Strong communication skills and a dedicated customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle challenges and offer effective solutions to customer issues.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
