This position allows you to work in beautiful Bulgaria, with paid relocation included. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on service offerings, account management, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistency and track feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Stay abreast of company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide relevant support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with company support.
