We are recruiting on behalf of a global telecommunications technology organization seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead business development and sales across South America, with Brazil as the primary base.
This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with a strong track record in mobile telecom platforms, enterprise telecom solutions, and complex B2B sales cycles across Latin America.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships with telecom operators, MVNOs, CSPs, and enterprise customers.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and shaping go-to-market strategies in a highly competitive telecom environment.
Develop and execute the South America sales strategy, with Brazil as the main base
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Sell solutions to Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators, MVNOs, CSPs, and enterprise clients
Translate customer requirements into technical, commercial, and financial solutions
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Navigate complex procurement processes and long enterprise sales cycles
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging telecom technologies
Refine go-to-market strategies to maintain competitiveness
Build and strengthen relationships with partners and ecosystem players

Regional Sales Director - Braz
10+ years of experience in telecom sales or business development
Strong and recent experience in the Latin American telecom market
Proven success selling mobile telecom platforms or services
Experience negotiating CAPEX, OPEX, revenue-share, or hybrid commercial models
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and procurement processes
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to travel across South America as required
Experience selling to large telecom operators or mobile infrastructure providers
Experience working in multinational or enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals
