Job Summary

We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate high-quality sales opportunities for global B2B companies.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role ideal for SDRs with experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying key decision-makers, booking qualified meetings, and building strategic outbound campaigns that fuel pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing)
  • Identify and engage enterprise-level decision-makers (VPs, Directors, C-suite)
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify leads based on ICP and buying intent
  • Book high-quality sales meetings for Account Executives
  • Research accounts and personalise outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
  • Meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Track KPIs including connection rate, reply rate, show rate, and SQL conversion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (enterprise or mid-market preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong cold calling skills and objection-handling ability
  • Experience selling SaaS, tech, or professional services solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience using sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong research skills and ability to personalise outreach
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
