We are recruiting on behalf of a growing staffing organization seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and expand enterprise and mid-market client relationships across the United States.
This role is ideal for a true hunter with a strong track record in professional staffing sales who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys building strategic client relationships.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
You will focus primarily on new client acquisition while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth.
Prospect and engage enterprise and mid-market organizations across the U.S.
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Workforce Programs
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or similar)
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating job orders
Experience selling Direct Hire and/or Contingent Staffing services
Strong network within the Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, or contingent workforce ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise organizations
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven work style
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Must be based in the United States
Ability to travel occasionally for conferences or client meetings
Exposure to MSP or VMS environments
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM platforms and remote sales tools
