Zip Water is a leading innovator in the field of sustainable drinking water solutions, specializing in products that provide filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water for both commercial and residential settings. As we continue to expand our impact and market presence, we are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team.

The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This position involves not only managing existing accounts but also identifying opportunities for upselling and implementation of new solutions. You will collaborate closely with our customer support team to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

OTE- £60k

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account growth and development.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients while also identifying and converting potential new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to effectively position Zipwater solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the beverage or food service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans that drive account growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a good understanding of GDPR compliance.
  • A proactive attitude towards prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
