What you'll do

• Own day-to-day design tickets from teams across the company (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Product) clarify briefs, flag missing info, and deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

• Champion and protect our brand across all external-facing assets, applying consistent standards in typography, color, layout, imagery, and visual tone to ensure everything we produce feels cohesive and premium.

• Design, evolve, and maintain scalable brand systems and templates, including: PowerPoint slide masters, layouts, and reusable components, Word templates, Email templates/modules (HTML/CSS-based) aligned with the brand, and Web/landing page layout components.
• Deliver production excellence by refining alignment, hierarchy, readability, accessibility basics, and export quality across formats (PDF, PPT, PNG/SVG).

• Build and curate a centralized asset library that keeps icons, illustrations, imagery, and templates organized, accessible, and up to date.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elevate ideas, turning rough drafts into clear, impactful visual communication while managing scope and timelines realistically.

• Continuously improve the brand toolkit: identify recurring needs and proactively propose new templates, guidelines, or components to reduce ad-hoc work.

What we look for

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic, visual, or brand design (internships and freelance included), with a portfolio that showcases real-world, production-quality work
• Strong design fundamentals — layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence designing across multiple formats and channels, adapting work to different contexts and audiences
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with the ability to edit or build modular email templates and understand technical constraints
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, bring clarity to ambiguous briefs, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with email tools and workflows (especially Microsoft Dynamics) and familiarity with email testing constraints is nice to have.
