Project Manager (Pre-Sales & Delivery)

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and articulate Project Manager to bridge the gap between our clients' visions and our team’s execution. This isn’t just a "task-tracking" role; you will be the face of the company during the pre-sales phase, a trusted partner to our clients, and a champion of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Client Strategy: Partner with the sales team to join discovery calls, define project scopes, and estimate timelines/budgets for prospective clients.
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing transparent status updates.
- Agile Governance: Implement and facilitate Scrum and Kanban workflows, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with technical and creative teams to remove blockers and optimize workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced Communication: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is required. You must be comfortable negotiating scopes and presenting to C-suite stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience managing projects using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Multitasking: Ability to lead several projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Pre-Sales Experience: Previous experience in requirement gathering, proposal writing, or technical consulting during the sales cycle.
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.

Soft Skills
- The "Buffer": The ability to say "no" or "not yet" to a client while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Ownership: A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for a problem to escalate before solving it.
- Wit & Clarity: The ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value.
