As a trusted Travel Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for customers, offering support and solutions that make their experience seamless and stress-free.
What Youll Do:
Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries via phone or email
Accurately log issues, feedback, and requests in our customer service database
Handle complaints in line with company policies and ensure timely resolutions
Troubleshoot issues using support documentation, system tools, and your own problem-solving skills
Recommend solutions and provide helpful information to resolve common questions
High School Diploma or higher
Fluent/C2 level in Czech
Proficient in English (C1 level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Permanent contract if working from our Athens office
Option to work remotely from anywhere in Greece (6-month renewable contracts)
