Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in a home appliances environment, is a plus but not mandatory.
