You will play an essential role in ensuring our French-speaking customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide back office support for gaming-related inquiries from French-speaking customers across multiple communication platforms.
- Work in collaboration with various internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions, as well as internal processes, to create a reliable record for future reference.
- Identify and suggest improvements in operational processes to elevate customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and gaming products to provide informed and knowledgeable support.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your skills and gain deeper insights into the gaming industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both oral and written) is a must; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Prior experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably within the gaming sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, committed to outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and common software applications.
