Senior Solutions Architect – Semantic Search & AI Infrastructure

Location: Remote (United States – West Coast preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive total compensation up to $250K (base + bonus).

Core Talent Finder is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company to hire a Senior Solutions Architect to join their technical sales organization. This role focuses on helping enterprise clients design and deploy high-performance semantic search and AI-driven systems.

You will work closely with Account Executives and customer stakeholders to drive technical success, lead proof-of-value engagements, and architect scalable, production-ready solutions.

What Youll Do

• Partner with sales teams to drive technical wins and guide customers through solution design.
• Define and manage proofs of value, ensuring optimal throughput, latency, and relevance.
• Design and deploy resilient, high-availability search architectures capable of handling large-scale workloads and strict enterprise SLAs.
• Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and technical workshops focused on semantic search, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
• Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and features.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Developer Relations, Support, and Business Development to ensure successful deployments.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and technical solution strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering technical solutions in a customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar).
• Experience designing or supporting distributed systems and high-scale architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native environments and Kubernetes.
• Experience estimating infrastructure requirements, TCO, and enterprise sizing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Python, Golang, or Typescript/JavaScript (or similar).
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, infosec reviews, and technical due diligence.
• Experience performance tuning complex systems for reliability and scalability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases or search technologies (e.g., Solr, Lucene, or similar).
• Background in semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI infrastructure.
