Core Talent Finder is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building one of the worlds leading vector search platforms used in RAG systems, AI agents, contextual search, and real-time recommendations.

We are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer who combines strong technical skills with a passion for teaching, community building, and creating high-quality technical content.
This role is approximately:
60% hands-on technical work
40% community engagement, content creation, and speaking
You will work closely with engineering, product, and the developer community to help teams build sophisticated AI applications.
Technical & Product Evangelism
Build and maintain open-source demo applications (RAG pipelines, AI search tools, recommendation systems)
Research and prototype emerging AI architectures and workflows
Experiment with embedding models, indexing strategies, and vector search patterns
Content & Education
Write technical blog posts, tutorials, and guides
Record demos and educational video content
Create clear and practical developer documentation and walkthroughs
Community & Events
Represent the company at hackathons, workshops, and conferences
Deliver presentations, technical talks, and live coding sessions
Engage with developers on Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms
Host or participate in meetups and technical events across Europe
Product Feedback
Act as the bridge between developers and the engineering team
Provide insights that influence roadmap and features
Strong programming background in Python, Rust, JavaScript, or Go
Solid understanding or strong interest in:
LLMs and embeddings
Vector search
RAG architectures
AI application development
Experience explaining technical concepts clearly in writing or presentations
Experience creating technical tutorials, demos, or open-source projects
Comfortable engaging with developer communities
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Experience speaking at meetups, conferences, or webinars
Active in developer communities or open-source projects
Interest in AI infrastructure and developer tooling
Candidates should be based in or able to work remotely from London
