Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on warm leads to promote telecom products and services to individual customers.
  • Qualify prospects through consultative conversations and identify customer needs.
  • Maintain high daily activity volume using CRMs and dialers (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
  • Educate potential customers on telecom plans, offers, and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Book appointments or close introductory-level sales depending on campaign structure.
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Track and report pipeline activities and lead status updates.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or outbound call centers within the Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
