Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support outbound outreach and appointment setting for a growing operations-focused services company. This role is highly execution-driven and centered on consistent outbound calling, clear communication, and disciplined follow-up.

You will spend the majority of your day calling prospective customers, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for the sales or operations team. This is a performance-oriented role for someone who is comfortable on the phone, resilient with volume, and motivated by measurable output.

What You’ll Work On

Outbound Calling and Appointment Setting

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lists
  • Clearly explain services and value propositions over the phone
  • Qualify interest and book appointments for follow-up conversations
  • Handle objections calmly and professionally
  • Maintain consistent call activity throughout the workday

Lead Management and Follow-Up

  • Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM or tracking system
  • Follow up with prospects who request callbacks or additional information
  • Keep lead records organized and up to date
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure booked appointments are properly handed off

Process Adherence and Reporting

  • Follow calling scripts, talk tracks, and outreach guidelines
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls and appointments booked
  • Flag common objections, questions, or issues to help improve outreach effectiveness

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting
  • Strong spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
  • Comfort making calls for extended periods throughout the day
  • Resilience with rejection and ability to stay focused under repetition
  • Reliable work habits and consistency with daily outreach volume
  • Basic familiarity with CRMs or call tracking tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience calling B2B prospects
  • Background in service-based or operations-focused businesses
  • Experience working remotely in a structured sales environment
