Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or messaging platforms
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Document customer interactions and update records in the system
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
* Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
* Previous customer service experience is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
