What You´ll Be Doing:
Every day, youll bring calm, clarity, and solutions to travelers around the world. Whether its helping them plan their next adventure, resolving an issue with empathy, or answering their questions quickly and accurately youll turn moments of frustration into moments of joy.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Conducting research to find accurate, timely solutions
- Providing expert guidance and reassurance with every interaction
- Collaborating with teammates and escalating complex cases when necessary
What You Bring:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6+ months of customer service experience travel or hospitality is a plus!
- A positive, empathetic attitude and great communication skills
- Comfort using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Residence in Greece
