Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury products, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service quality standards and improve customer experiences.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on luxury brand offerings and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or retail, particularly in luxury brands, is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic team player with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or already residing in Greece, with ready access to the luxury retail market.
